Explore and observe a wide variety of birds, reptiles, and both cold water and tropical fish in settings that mimic their natural habitats. You're encouraged to hand-feed sharks, rays, birds and fish, or to get up-close and personal with many of the reptiles and other animals on exhibit. Touch a stingray, visit a tropical rainforest filled with exotic creatures, marvel at a giant Pacific octopus and much more. Based on the beloved picture book by Pat Mora, Tomas and the Library Lady tells the story of Tomas, the son of migrant workers who spends long days in the fields harvesting crops. When he meets a kind librarian who introduces him to the world of books, Tomas discovers the power of imagination and limitless possibilities. Performed in English and Spanish, this multi-lingual play at Portland's Winningstad Theatre promotes literacy while encouraging cultural diversity.

Peppa Pig's Big Splash!, Peppa, her brother George, and the rest of her family and friends come to life as full-sized puppets. This 80-minute extravaganza at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall is filled with lots of singing, dancing, laughing and mud puddle jumping. It's a fast-paced, funny musical performance that's perfect for preschoolers.
